On 21 October 2022, Jetconnect Perakende Lojistik A.Ş. received its first seed investment through crowdfunding—a new investment instrument in Türkiye—led by fonbulucu.com.
As a result of the campaign, a 12% stake was distributed to 945 investors. Jetconnect thus became a publicly held company and took its place among Türkiye’s pioneering startups funded through crowdfunding.
Crowdfunding is a new-generation investment model that allows startups to raise funds from a broad community of investors, and investors to become shareholders in startups with growth potential.
Following the investment, the launch of Jetconnect’s daily shopping app and courier brand Jetbee took place on 21 December 2022 as part of the Digital Shopkeepers Movement.
